Discover Health is the name over the table at Hess Chiropractic Life Center, Inc. It describes how the practice works: find the cause, name a finish line, and keep the household in one place while you get there.
Founder
Jeremy Hess has been adjusting this corner of Henry County since the practice was one room
He grew up watching his father hand money to specialists for a back nobody managed to fix, and he has never quite got over how simple the eventual answer turned out to be. That is why every plan here is drawn on the screen and explained in ordinary words before anyone touches anyone.
The center outgrew that first room a long time ago. Suite 100 now runs two adjusting bays, a recovery nook and a corner of the waiting room that is unapologetically loud on Wednesday afternoons, when the household blocks come through.

How we practise
Three habits we refuse to drop
Explain it twice if needed
If you cannot repeat the plan back at the desk, it was not explained well enough. Ask again; nobody here is in a hurry about that part.
Name the finish line
Every plan carries a re-check date and an expectation of what should be different by then. Plans that are not working get changed, not extended.
Stay a neighbourhood practice
Independent, single location, no group buy-out. The person adjusting you on your fiftieth visit is the one who did your first.

Getting here, and what to bring
Insurance and payment
Most major plans are verified before your first appointment. Cash and card rates are posted at the desk, and household plans can be split across the month.
Bring with you
Photo ID, your insurance card and any imaging from the last two years. Wear something you can move in — you will be asked to bend a little.
